Return Policy
Customers can return their purchases within 5 days of delivery.
The product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

2. The product must not be washed or altered in any way.
3. The premium packing provided with the product must be returned intact.
4. Intentional damage to the product will result in the return being rejected.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of delivery under the following terms:
1. If the exchange is due to a customer-related issue (e.g., wrong size or preference), the customer will bear the delivery charges.
2. If the exchange is due to an issue on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered, defect), we will offer the exchange free of charge.
